Below is an abridged version of the booking terms, which you will receive when making a booking.

• Booking periods generally run from Saturday to Saturday, unless otherwise specified or agreed.
• A 20% downpayment, which is non-refundable, is required to secure your booking.
• The balance of the rental is payable six weeks (for village houses) or eight weeks (for houses with swimming pool) before arrival.
• A one-off charge of between €45.00 and €70.00 is usually made towards the costs of laundry and final clean.
• All guests are asked not to smoke inside any of the properties, it is simply not possible to eliminate the smell before the next arrival.
• A cot and high-chair are available on request at certain properties.
