Below is an abridged version of the booking terms, which you
will receive when making a booking.
- All booking periods run from Saturday to Saturday, unless
otherwise specified or agreed.
- A 20% downpayment, which is non-refundable, is required to
secure your booking.
- The balance of the rental is payable six weeks (for village
houses) or eight weeks (for houses with swimming pool) before
arrival.
- A one-off charge of between Euros 45.00 and Euros 60.00 is
normally added to the total rental, towards laundry and final
clean.
- All guests are asked not to smoke inside any of the properties,
it is simply not possible to eleminate the smell before the next
arrival
- A cot and high-chair are available on request
