Located near the river in Saint-Chinian, this traditional village house has been refurbished to provide accommodation for up to four guests.

Step through the front door into a hallway, from which stairs lead up to the first floor. To your left on the ground floor is a bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and dressing table, and en-suite shower room, with WC, shower and basin.

On the first floor (second floor for North Americans) is the second bedroom, also with double bed, wardrobe and dressing table, and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, WC and basin.

   

   
The sitting room and kitchen on the second floor

Carry on up the stairs to reach the second floor (third for North Americans) where you find the open-plan sitting room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, crockery and glasses, and there is a refrigerator (with freezer compartment), gas cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric oven, electric kettle and coffee maker. In the sitting area there is a TV with Satellite receiver (sky free view), VCR and a DVD player and a CD/Cassette/Radio player.

The terrace

On the next floor (third floor, or 4th for North Americans) is the terrace with built in seating, where you can enjoy the delights of alfresco dining or simply relax. Over the parapet you have wonderful views of the surrounding roofs and to the hills in the distance. Separated from the terrace by glass doors is an small sitting area, with sofa and folding dining table, and to one side of the terrace is a utility room with washing machine, hipbath, WC and wash hand basin.

All rooms are provided with electric heaters, for comfort during the winter months.
