Jasmin is close to the centre of this thriving village, only a short walk to the shops, restaurants and the public open-air heated swimming pool.

Park your car on the resident's road at the back of the house and enter the garden. Before you get to the house there is the patio, partially sheltered from the sun by the terrace above, equipped with a garden table, chairs and sun umbrella. Sun beds are also available for a siesta in the garden or just to relax.

  

From the patio step into the kitchen/diner. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas cooker and oven, microwave oven and washing machine. There is also an electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. The dining part is equipped with dining table, which can seat up to eight, and matching buffet, which holds all the necessary crockery and glassware.

  

A glass panelled door leads to the stair hall, where you find a cloakroom with WC, wash hand basin and bidet. Another door leads to a store room, and from there out to the road at the front of the house.

  

Climb the stairs to the first floor (second for North Americans) and enter the spacious sitting room, with sofa suite, easy chairs, stereo CD/tape/radio, television & DVD player, coffee table and bookcase (stocked with books in English and games). The sitting room has air-conditioning which can keep the whole first floor cool. Broadband internet access is available via WiFi or Ethernet cable

Off the sitting room is the 1st floor terrace, which overlooks the garden and is furnished with chairs and a sun umbrella. On the other side of the landing is the first of three bedrooms. This bedroom has a double bed, built in closet and an en-suite shower room with WC and wash hand basin.

On the second floor (third for North Americans) are two further bedrooms, one with two single beds, a wardrobe and chest of drawers, the other with a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom on this floor has a shower, WC and wash hand basin.
