Enter the house from the street and step into the kitchen and dining room, which has a welcoming glow. The kitchen is well equipped with gas cooker, toaster oven, extractor fan, electric kettle and electric coffee maker. Behind the kitchen is a utility room, where you'll find a large fridge/freezer, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and plenty of storage space.

  

  

A door from the kitchen leads to the living room with its traditional Scandinavian wood burning stove, which is comfortably furnished with a leather sofa, armchairs coffee table and Stereo HiFi system (CD/cassette/radio). From the sitting room a door allows access to the courtyard patio, where you can sit and enjoy your meals. A charcoal BBQ allows you to make the most of outdoor living.

  

Stairs lead from the sitting room to the first floor (second floor for North Americans). On this floor is the first of two bedrooms: this large bedroom has retained its original patterned tile floor and is furnished with two single beds and a built in wardrobe.

  

The bathroom on this floor has been newly installed in 2005 and is equipped with shower cabin, WC and wash hand basin. On this floor is also a study which has a French window that looks out over the courtyard and the distant hills. In the study you'll find a desk perfect for writing postcards, as well as two easy chairs for watching TV (terrestrial channels & DVD player). From the study stairs lead up to the second floor where you find bedroom two, furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe and antique chest of drawers. The window of this bedroom also has views of the hills in the distance. The bathroom on this floor is equipped with shower cabin, WC and wash hand basin.
