This newly built ground floor apartment, attached to the owners’ villa, offers comfortable, independent accommodation for two or three. It is situated in a calm, typically French residential area, a 10 minutes stroll from the bars, restaurants and shops in the centre of Saint-Chinian.

Enter the garden gates; take the path past the Oleander bushes to a patio and private entrance which opens into the airy and sunny lounge, with its comfortable two seater settee, poang armchair, television and DVD/CD player and also a well stocked bookcase. (The settee converts to the third bed). There is a coffee table which is convenient for your laptop while using the WiFi. Telephone access can be arranged.

  

  

The Mediterranean garden around the apartment is planted with lavenders and shrubs typical for the region and perfect for relaxing and/or sunbathing, and there are two private patios for outdoor dining and enjoying a glass of wine. 

  

  

Table, chairs and sun umbrella are provided as are sun loungers.  There is also a BBQ for your use in an appropriate part of the garden.  Please note that due to the fact of its recent construction, the garden will not as yet be mature and therefore not offer complete seclusion.
