Vignes Vieilles is a pleasant property, well located in a residential area of Narbonne and with good access to the city's diverse facilities. The wide sandy beaches of Narbonne are only a short drive away. Private swimming pool, terrace, garden, sleeps 6 plus baby.
The ground floor is occupied by the well-equipped open plan kitchen, living-dining room from where there is access to garden and the shady terrace which is ideal for al fresco dining. Also on the ground floor is a utility room with washing machine, and a WC. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave oven, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, large fridge freezer and cooker. ![]() ![]() In the sitting room there is a television with video and DVD player, as well as a CD/cassette player. A phone is available for receiving incoming calls; outgoing calls can be made by means of a prepaid phone card (available locally). ![]() On the first floor is the master bedroom with queen-size bed and en suite open plan bathroom (bath tub and double wash hand basin). There is also a TV in this room. ![]() Two bedrooms with a single bed each, both have access to a small shower room. ![]() The studio bedroom is in a separate building in the garden and contains a double bed; it has an en suite shower room and WC, and separate exterior access to the terrace by the ppol. ![]() ![]() The terrace on the side of the house is covered with a pergola for summer shade. The enclosed garden is small with some natural shade, and the swimming pool (8 x 4m, 1.5 to 1.7m deep) and covered pool terrace are set to the side of the villa. The nearest shops are 500m The centre of Narbonne has a
wonderful main square, where you can walk on an excavated section
of the Via Domitia. The ornate town hall is also host to two
museums, and the unfinished cathedral is just behind. Cafes and
shops surround the square on three sides, perfect for enjoying
a cafe au lait and watching people go by! The canal de la Robine
connects the sea to the Canal du Midi and runs through the centre
of Narbonne - watch the boats go by or hire a small boat for
