Stay in this charming village
house - some 200 years old - offering comfortable accommodation
for up to four persons. Situated in the centre of Saint-Chinian,
it has two bedrooms and a balcony
The property is located on a
wide and quiet tree lined street in the centre of Saint-Chinian.
There are ample free car parking spaces available in the
shaded square just behind the house. Electric heating makes for
extra comfort during the colder winter months.
The spacious accommodation is
arranged over three floors:
Ground Floor - there is an entrance hall from where stairs
lead to the main floors of the house, and a utility room
(with washing machine, ironing board and iron).
On the first Floor (2nd for Americans) is the sunny living/dining
room, with two sofas, round dining table and chairs, and
bookcases. A mini HiFi system with CD, radio and cassette player
and a TV for watching videos (VCR and DVD), along with
a selection of books, records, tapes and games provide added
entertainment. Broadband internet access is available
via WiFi
 
 
French doors lead from the living
room onto a small balcony, from where you can watch the
bustle on market days, enjoy a glass of wine or simply relax.
Also on the first floor is the fully equipped kitchen,
including a fridge/freezer, gas/electric cooker, electric kettle,
toaster, coffee maker and microwave oven.
 
The kitchen
Two bedrooms are on the second floor (3rd for Americans),
one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, along
with a luxury style bathroom, with shower, toilet and
washbasin.
The house is bright and airy
with stylish furnishings throughout. It comes fully equipped
with all crockery, kitchenware and bed and household linen.
