Below is an abridged version of the booking terms, which you will receive when making a booking.
- Booking periods generally run from Saturday to Saturday, unless otherwise specified or agreed.
- A downpayment of 20% to 25%, which is non-refundable, is required to secure your booking.
- The balance of the rental is payable six weeks (for village houses) or eight weeks (for houses with swimming pool) before the arrival date.
- Depending on the property, a one-off charge of between €50.00 and €150.00 may be made towards the costs of laundry and final clean.
- At most properties guests are asked not to smoke inside.
- A cot and high-chair are available on request at certain properties.
